Constructed of Gold with multi coloured enamels, consisting of a Maltese Cross, the obverse with green enameled arms, the arms joined at the quadrants by red enameled rhombuses, bearing a central white enameled Saxe Weimar style eagle, the reverse with white enameled arms, the arms joined at the quadrants by green
